Salutations!  My name is Michelle Minik and I am a professional, enthusiastic, energetic and successful Real Estate Agent in the Phoenix Metropolitan area and many surrounding areas.

I am a native to Arizona and grew up in Glendale.  I have watched Arizona grow at a rapid pace which gives me an edge on the market and where it is going.

I must be one of the luckier people of the world to find my passion so early in life. I began my career in Real Estate after moving to a small town in Colorado and created my experience in property management and luxury home rentals in Aspen/Snowmass Colorado.

After years of working with the luxury residential and rental markets, I moved to practice in the commercial and land development arena.Assisting one of the top brokers in the area I learned to work closely with contractors, investors and land developers in creating strip malls.My duty as assistant was working directly for the client who was looking to lease space.We built to suit and tailored leases for the owners.We had large clients such as Radio Shack, City Markets and Subway.

I decided after sometime of working in the commercial industry to move back to my home state Arizona.The market was booming and I wanted to take advantage of it.I have been selling residential real estate ever since and I love it.I have set my goals very high and have had nothing but success in reaching them.I am a multi million dollar producer and have created wealth for others with my knowledge of Real Estate and market trends.

I work closely with my clients in obtaining their goals and strive to always exceed all expectations through an honest fiduciary relationship.My principles and dependability is how I like to conduct my business.I use my experience, education and knowledge to help me in the process.
